The Livingston Players – Current Production

“The Sound of Musicals”

A celebration of 50 years of The Livingston Players

Bringing Quality theatre to our community

Established back in 1970, the Livingston Players (then the only Amateur Dramatic society in West Lothian) formed to bring amateur drama to Livingston residents and surrounding areas.

There have been many productions since its inauguration and over the years the club has become known for delivering spectacular shows, wowing our audiences in many different genres of theatre, both in plays and musicals at the Howden Park Centre, Livingston (a 300 seat custom built auditorium).

Fully affiliated to The National Operatic and Dramatic Society we have gained numerous drama awards for our quality of acting, production and staging.

To celebrate our amazing 50 years in show business we are delighted to bring to the stage a fantastic selection of musical song and dance numbers from many of our past productions e.g

Sister Act, 9t o 5, Anything Goes, Calamity Jane,

Oklahoma, Annie get your Gun,  Guys and Dolls,

West Side Story, Grease and many more

Plus a selection of numbers from musicals we would like to perform in the future.
